Reporting Damaged Products

1.1. If you receive a damaged product, you must submit a refund request within 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

2.1. Refunds will only be issued for products that are confirmed to be damaged upon delivery.

2.2. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included with the product.

2.3 In the event that delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will initiate a refund within three business days after we have received the returned product.

Processing Refunds
